How to Make Syringe Eggs Without Using Eggs

Again, let me tell you, I made all these recipes with my fiance. So today I am going to make Syringe Dim but don't use eggs. How to make? I am going to make 2 batters and add some yellow color to make it look like Syringe's egg. Pretty interesting right? Now, to make Sireng, the ingredients and seasonings you need to prepare or buy are not too many. The first thing you need to prepare is yellow food colouring, tapioca flour, wheat flour, boiling water, relish, stalks and scallions. Now, after preparing all the ingredients that I have mentioned, let's proceed to the first step of making this syringe egg.

In the first step you need to prepare 1 bowl first, then add 4 tablespoons of flour and 250 grams of tapioca flour or the equivalent of 17 tablespoons. Then stir the mixture until the two flours are evenly mixed.

In the second step, after the two flours are thoroughly mixed, all that remains is to add 300 ml of boiling water to the mixture, then stir until the mixture is evenly mixed and soft.

In the third step, after the mixture is evenly mixed and soft, now divide the dough into 2 parts as in the picture above, then add yellow color to a mixture, add yellow color, so that it looks like a syringe. filled with eggs Then stir in the colored flour until the color of the flour turns yellow.

In the fourth step, after you divide the dough into 2 parts and give it a yellow color, now transfer the white flour to a bowl and add the small pieces of spring onion you made, then stir the mixture until the leeks are well mixed.

Fifth step, after the leek is mixed with the white mixture, now divide the white mixture and the yellow mixture into several parts and make each mixture into an oval shape as shown in the picture above.

In the sixth step, after making an oval of yellow and white dough, now flatten the white dough and place the yellow dough on top of the white dough which has been flattened. Repeat this step until the white and yellow mixture is finished.

Seventh step, after filling the yellow flour in the white flour, now cover the white flour tightly so that the yellow flour does not leak when fried. Repeat this step until finished.

In the eighth step, after finishing with the yellow and white flour, all you have to do now is prepare a frying pan and pour enough mineral water into the pan, then add enough cooking oil to the mineral water so that the flour does not clump. After that, put all the mixture in a pot, boil the mixture for about 5 or 10 minutes on medium heat.

And lastly, all Syring Eggs are ready to eat for your family and friends without using eggs. The advantage of this snack is that it can be fried anytime and anywhere, provided that all the eggs are in the refrigerator. It tastes quite good and very different from the previous Syringe flavors I have made.
