Jhal Jhal Chicken Bharta Recipe

Actually we all like to eat bharta more or less. Because Jhal Jhal Bharta with steaming hot rice tastes very good. And whenever I came to know about this competition, I was wondering whether to get admission. Because so far I have eaten various vegetables and fish. I was thinking about the food I didn't eat. I wanted to make a unique bharta. After thinking for two days, it suddenly came to my mind that I have never eaten chicken bharta. So let's tie this chicken bharta. At first, I was very tense, I didn't know how to eat the bharta. Since this is the first time to make it. Then today I made the bharta. But in this case I made the filling in two ways with the same ingredients. One flavor after kneading the bharta by hand and another after blending in a blender i.e. two flavors of bharta with the same ingredients. After making the bharta, I was surprised myself. It was so delicious to eat. So without further ado, let's move on to my Bharta preparation and preparation method.

Ingredients Chicken 300g Ginger Batter 1/2 tsp Garlic Batter 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder 1/2 tsp Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp Hot Spice Powder 1/2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Onion Chops 1 cup Dry Chilli 6 Tbsp 1 Coriander Leaf 1 cup Mustard Oil 4 tbsp

First, I washed the meat well, cut it into small pieces and washed it again without draining the water. Then add ginger and garlic. Then add all the powdered spices and salt.

Then knead the whole mixture well with hand and cover with lid and marinate for 15 minutes.

After fifteen minutes, add oil to a pan. When the oil is hot, add the marinated meat.

Then fry the meat a little and add chopped onion.

Then stir a little and cook for a while until the onions become soft.

Then cover with a lid with a little water and cook for a while to cook the meat. Then shake the water completely dry and tidy.

Then put the meat in a bowl and do not remove the meat by hand.

Then grind it with dry chili and salt in the bowl.

Then grind onion and mustard oil well.

Then mix well with coriander leaves. By the way, I had a kind of bharta made like this. Now I will blend some parts of this same bharta in a blender.

After blending in the blender, another kind of bharta was made. Even if two bhartas are made with the same ingredients, their taste is different only because of blending. That means two types of bhartas can be tested with the same ingredients. This is how my jhal jhal chicken bharta recipe was made.
