Now the ingredients you need to prepare to make pandan buko are 3 packs of sweetened condensed milk, granulated sugar, paneer, gelatin powder, a few cups as desired, 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, young coconut, sago pearls and finally one. Green is food coloring. After you have prepared all the ingredients, now let's start making pandan buko from the first step.

The first step is to cook the jelly. First you need to prepare a frying pan and pour enough water, then add 1 packet of watermelon flavored gelatin powder or it can be as per taste, then add 3 tbsp of sugar, salt to taste and lastly green food. Color then cook till the agar-agar boils and stir well on low flame.

In the second step, after the gelatin has been cooked to a boil and mixed well, now prepare a baking sheet and pour all the gelatin into the pan. Then, to harden the jelly quickly, put the tin in the fridge and let the jelly chill for about half an hour.

In the third step, when the jelly is chilled in the fridge for half an hour, now we will first cook the pearl sago. First prepare a vessel and pour some more water, then pour sago pearls as desired. Then cook the pearl sago on medium heat until it boils for about 30 minutes.

In the fourth step, after cooking the pearl sago for 30 minutes until it boils, now strain the red sago elsewhere, after the pearl sago is filtered, transfer the pearl sago to cold water to cool it quickly. After the sago pearls are soaked in cold water, the sago pearls are strained again.

In the fifth step, after you have prepared the red sago till it is cooked, now prepare the young coconut meat and cut it into few pieces. If you have small pieces of coconut meat, you don't need to cut the coconut meat into small pieces anymore. Separate the coconut water and coconut meat, as we need the coconut water for the next step.

In the eighth step, after you have mixed the sago mutiata, agar-agar and young coconut meat, now pour 1 can of evaporated milk into a bowl, then add 2 packs of sweetened condensed milk, if you think it is not sweet enough. Can add 1 more pack of sweetened condensed milk. After that keep stirring until well mixed.

Ninth step, after you pour the evaporated coconut milk in a big bowl, now add your separated coconut water, more or less you can add 400 ml of coconut water. Then stir until everything is evenly mixed.
