Step-1
First, heat water in a pot with a small amount of salt. When the water starts to boil, I will add soybeans in it. After 5 minutes, when the foam rises, remove the soybeans from the oven.

Step-2
Drain the soybeans from the hot water. Then soak in cold water and bring to normal temperature. After 2 minutes, take the soybeans out of the room temperature water into another bowl.

Step-3
Now in that bowl mix the soybeans one by one with salt, turmeric and other powdered spices, chilli flakes, onion-garlic-ginger flakes, coriander leaves, flour and rice powder. Then break 1 egg and mix well again. Cover and rest for 15 minutes.

Step-4
Now heat a pan with enough soybean oil. When the oil heats up well, drop the soybeans into the oil one by one.

Step-5
Now turn and fry the soybeans well. Since the soybeans are of uneven size, they must be stirred every now and then and care must be taken to ensure that all sides are fried well. If it comes to brown color, I will remove the oil. Vyas Hot Hot Soybean Pakora is made. Now it's time to serve plain or with a little sauce….
